What's live, how to report, and how to survive out there

The Operation

The core loop is the mission cycle: create agents, equip them from the Market, deploy solo or with a crew, make tactical decisions, roll against the odds, and shape the narrative. Around it sit the systems that persist between runs — the economy, your clan, asset progression, and your service record.

  • >Does the narrative pull you in? Does the intel make sense?
  • >Do your decisions feel meaningful or arbitrary?
  • >Are dice results clear? Do outcomes feel fair?
  • >Do your assets and their effects feel worth the credits?
  • >Does anything confuse you or break the flow?

What's Live

  • >Missions — solo and multiplayer co-op deploys, difficulty picked at launch
  • >Agents — create your own roster, equip assets, invest flux to power them up
  • >Market — shop, auction house, and gifting; credits and obsidian are real currencies
  • >Clans — roster, shared base, treasury, and rankings
  • >Social — friends, the player directory, and global comms

Still in the fabricator: Tier 2+ asset upgrades, crafting, and a few abilities that read as flavor while their mechanics are wired in. Anything marked COMING SOON means exactly that.

How to Report

Multiple channels available. Use whatever feels natural in the moment:

Bug Report
! button
Bottom-right, the amber ! button. Auto-captures console errors — use for crashes or broken UI.
Narrative Intel
+ / - on story text
Next to narrative messages. Rate specific story moments as they happen.
Debrief Survey
After mission ends
3 questions about narrative, choices, and difficulty. 30 seconds. Please do this one.

Your Record Persists

Every action is logged and recorded. Your field reports, tactical decisions, bug discoveries — all of it feeds directly into improving the system.

Your agents, gear, and currencies carry forward. Nothing gets wiped between updates. Commendations and badges mark your service record as the network grows — balance may still get tuned while we're in alpha, but what you've earned stays yours.

Run as many operations as you want. Try different agents and difficulty levels. More field data = better systems.

Tactical Tips

  • >Try one op on TROUBLESOME to learn the flow fast, then run FORMIDABLE for the full experience.
  • >Read the narrative carefully — the AI responds to your earlier decisions. If something feels disconnected, report it.
  • >Momentum is a resource — building it early buys you a way out of a bad roll later. Burn it when a miss would hurt most.
  • >Don't worry about "winning." Misses and failures are part of the system — we need to know if they feel dramatic, not frustrating.
  • >If the system locks up, hit the ! bug report before refreshing. It captures error logs that help us fix things fast.
